Concrete stays intact for longer periods of time.
Increased life of the structure
No need of pre-coating to steel bars and concrete surfaces leading to savings

Anti-corrosive agents that protect the reinforced steel embedded in concrete

Long life structures

Reinforced Steel used should be rust-free.

Reinforced Steel should be washed with cement slurry before concrete is placed.

Proper compacting and no voids - proper shuttering and vibration.

Specified depth of cover, as per BIS standards, should be strictly provided.

Cover blocks provided to the reinforcement should not be displaced during compaction. If displaced, they should be restored immediately before placing the concrete.

If cover blocks are displaced, the same should be restored immediately before placing the concrete
