Self Compacting Concrete

Hindustan RMC Easy Flow is produced by using acrylic based super plasticizers and viscosity reducing agents that make it easy to flow, lending it a unique self-compacting feature. This Easy Flow allows the use of concrete in various intricate and complex designs without leaving any voids.

Usage

  1. Do not allow Concrete to dry and cure it early at site as soon as possible.
  2. Proper shuttering is necessary to support the dead load and the pressure exerted by the concrete.
  3. Firmly supported and Erect Shuttering will avoid bulging and dislocation.
  4. Water-tight Shuttering is must due to the liquid pressure of concrete.
  5. Curing should follow the IS norms as per IS: 456-2000.
  6. Prolonged curing is advised due to powder content in the concrete.
